The Solution People SMS Communications

This document outlines the terms and conditions under which you consent to receive SMS text messages from The Solution People (hereinafter referred to as “we,” “us,” or “our”).

1. Consent to receive SMS messages
By providing your phone number and explicitly opting in, you agree to receive text messages from us. These messages may include, but are not limited to, appointment reminders, follow-up messages, account notifications, and important information related to your financial planning services.
• For marketing messages, we must obtain your “prior express written consent,” which means you must clearly and unambiguously agree to receive promotional texts.
• For informational messages, a less formal consent is required, but you must still explicitly agree.
• The type of communication and level of consent must be clearly communicated to you.
2. Washington State regulations (CEMA)
In compliance with Washington’s Consumer Electronic Mail Act (CEMA), we will not send any commercial text messages to Washington residents without prior consent. This includes refraining from sending or assisting in the transmission of unsolicited commercial text messages.
3. Opt-in methods
You can opt in to our SMS messaging service through the following methods:

• Signing a paper consent form.
• Texting a specific keyword, such as “START,” “YES,” or a code provided by us.
4. You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text “STOP” to the short code. After you send the SMS message “STOP” to
us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS
messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time, and we will start sending SMS messages to
you again.

5. If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or

• To opt out, reply with the keyword STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT to any message you receive from us.
• After you opt out, you will receive one final message confirming your request has been processed.
• We will cease all further text communications unless you opt back in.

15. No liability for delivery issues
We and our mobile carriers are not liable for any delays or undelivered messages, as delivery is subject to the effective transmission from your mobile network operator and your device.
